Step 1: Navigate to your profile and click one of the "Followers" or "Followings" counters, as shown below:

Step 2: To follow someone who follows you, click on the "➕" icon on their profile to add them to your list of following:

Step 3: To unfollow someone you're already following, click on the "✔️" icon on their profile to add them to your list of followers.
