You can easily change/update your blog's name from the Blog Dashboard:

Click your Avatar Icon on the top right of any page and select your blog from the drop-down menu.

Then select the Blog Dashboard option from the menu.

Use the Publication Name field under the General tab to change your publication/blog name.
