Step 1: Highlight or click on the image you want to optimize and click on the alt text icon "T" from the floating menu as shown below.

Step 2: The input field will initially contain the default alt text of the image if any.

Step 3: Click the AI icon located in the input field to generate an alternative text (alt text) for the image.

Step 4: The generated alt text will be displayed inside of the input field as shown below:

Step 5: Click the "Insert Text" button once you're done to save the image alt text.
