Neptune is a WYSIWYG text editor that automatically converts your markdown to text as you write. If you wish to write in raw markdown, then you have the chance to enable this option.

Follow the steps below to enable/disable the raw markdown on the Neptune editor.

Step 1: Click on the arrow-down icon on the Neptune editor header

Step 2: Turn on the "Raw markdown editor" from the drown-down options.
